Introduced on day 58
Revisit trigger
A measurable condition - metric, threshold, window and owner - that reopens a recorded decision when it is met.
In detail
Examples are "p95 latency above 800 ms for seven consecutive days" or "replay gap above 0.010 log loss in a monthly run". A trigger without a window fires on noise and a trigger without an owner never fires. Triggers are written when the decision is made, tied to the assumptions the decision relies on, and checked on a schedule.
