Assumption register

A log of the assumptions a design relies on, each with evidence, confidence, owner, impact if wrong, a validation method and a revisit date.

In detail

Entries are revised, not overwritten, and each is linked to the decisions that rely on it. A failed assumption reopens those decisions; a passed revisit date puts them in review. An assumption that no number could contradict is not yet a usable entry.
