Red-team suite
A versioned set of adversarial cases run against every prompt, model or tool change, reporting attack success next to normal task success.
In detail
Cases include direct and indirect injection through documents, emails and tool results, each with the expected tool calls and a pass condition. Reporting both rates exposes defences that stop attacks by disabling the product. A passing suite shows coverage of its cases, not safety in general.
