The brief

A grocery-delivery app (simulated). The VP of Product (simulated) writes: "Checkout conversion dropped from 3.1% in September to 2.6% in October. I need a plan to fix it by Friday." No data has been shared yet. All people, numbers and costs are simulated or hypothetical.
