Six teams each own several models, 40 in total, retrained weekly on different stacks. Incidents keep happening because a retrained model is promoted with a regression nobody noticed for days. Design the release and governance system you would put in place: what gates, what automation, what ownership, how you roll out the platform itself, and how you know it is working.

Tests: Platform thinking for ML release management, automated evaluation gates, staged rollout and rollback, ownership, and migration strategy across teams.
