Bookings are stored with UTC timestamps. The daily bookings report for the London office groups by the UTC date, and the commercial team says Sunday numbers do not match their own system, especially around the clock changes. What is wrong, and how do you fix it in pandas?

Tests: Time zones in analytics: UTC storage vs local business dates, daylight-saving transitions, 23- and 25-hour days, and correct pandas conversion.
