You are asked to forecast passenger demand for a route to support a decision on adding a second daily flight. Historical passengers are often at capacity on the existing flight. Why is that a problem, and how would you handle it?

Tests: Recognising censored demand (sales capped by capacity), unconstraining approaches, and communicating the limitation for a capacity decision.
