Prompt versioning

Treating the prompt text, schema, examples, retrieval settings and model identifier as one release that is scored on a labelled evaluation set before it replaces the current version.

In detail

A version is accepted on held-out results and on regression checks for critical cases, not on the fixtures it was tuned against. Keeping versions together makes a regression reproducible and a rollback possible.
